My husband and I are so pleased with our recent roofing works. KM Roofing have made such a good impression I have decided to write a review. After being let down by a roofing company we have used for many years a family friend introduced us to KM Roofing. From the very start the works were planned, clearly estimated and carried out exactly as discussed and on time. We were kept informed at every stage and development, as the flat roof had a considerable amount of rotten timbers and had to be replaced. KM Roofing were able to deal with this and keep the property watertight!!! Staff were prompt, polite and TIDY!!! What a difference this made. I couldn't recommend KM Roofing highly enough. I genuinely would say don't go anywhere else. Competitively priced with a high specification as standard - which these days is hard to find. They truly are an award winning company. KM Roofing responded immediately to a major leak within my tiled roof. They quickly and effectively diagnosed the problem which emanated from poor previous workmanship undertaken by the previous residents. Their ability to undertake and rectify this major issue in such atrocious weather conditions is testament to their commitment and professionalism. They provided regular updates and were always there when they said they would be. They were also very reasonably priced especially since I needed them in such an urgent nature.. I have never used a roofing company before but if anyone ever asks i will always point them in the direction of KM Roofing.

KM Roofing just completed some repairs to my roof following storm damage. Friendly and professional guys on site, and decent communication. Price was good, and honest to deal with. Would recommend.

Had to call Kevin, early one morning last month, after what I thought was storm damage, but turned out to be debris left by a builder which had blocked a drainage port on a flat roof. (Neighbour had a chimney relined) Kevin's team had done a major overhaul on our tenement roof a few years ago and we have been very pleased with the work, so I had no hesitation contacting him. The two lads who came had been part of that project, so knew the layout of the roof. They were at the property within a hour of my initial call, cleared and removed the debris. Kevin is professional, hard working and knowledgeable. His team reliable, efficient and polite.

Had some winter repairs done by KM Roofing and found them to be very efficient and professional. Got a number of slates replace and some general tidy up loose slates and gutters, also sorted the flashing on my stove flue hat has dripped in bad weather for a number of years and now perfect. Would use again and recommend.
