Michael and his team of roofers were very professional and we really appreciate the time out taken Christmas week to fix our roof after a major leak. Given the weather and daylight time constraints they worked tirelessly to complete a full roof renovation, keeping us informed of progress throughout, even taking photos to show us. I have seen a previous review on here regarding poor customer service. This has definitely not been our experience. The middle of the week when they were here it was torrential wind and rain, they worked through until it was unsafe to continue. We pass our thanks to Michael and his team for a first class service. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I can't comment on the quality of the work because we didn't get that far! However, in my experience this company does not turn up and does not communicate. I wasted two days waiting for someone to come and give me a quote for repairing my roof - they didn't turn up and didn't bother letting me know they weren't coming. I appreciate that people are busy, but it takes seconds to send a text, and leaving people waiting is just rude and inconsiderate. This happened on two separate days - so not a one-off occurrence. I only received a text saying sorry for not turning up after he saw that I had posted a review a day later, and as he said bad reviews are damaging to his business, I deleted it because I thought I'd do him a favour (season of goodwill, etc.). However, as I have not received one single word of acknowledgement or thanks for doing so, I am replacing my review as obviously nothing has changed. Nobody is so busy that they can't even text a single word, 'thanks', in four days. Bad reviews might be damaging to a business, but poor customer service is what produces bad reviews. If you want a reliable company that will treat you with respect, look elsewhere.
