Excellent service from Pimlico. Rapid response - was able to inspect the fault with my boiler within an hour of my initial call. A solution and replacement was found rapidly and I was back with heating and hot water with very little fuss. The heating engineers - Ben Moore and Chris London - were excellent. Everything was explained clearly. They treated my home with respect and care and did a very good, efficient job. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I have used Pimlico Plumbers on a few occasions and found them to be excellent in every way . This occasion was of the same high standard. Conor Murphy was on time completed the job quickly. He was an engaging character explained everything that he was doing was polite and cheerful. He left the job clean and tidy.

I am full of praise for one of your engineers, Luke Aldridge, who has just finished a job here (ticket no. 891359). As often, it seemed quite straightforward (badly leaking shower) but was more complicated, needed spare parts etc etc. Luke was (of course) on time, and did the job really well with an eye to making it the best that he could. And the bathroom is spotless after he left. I especially appreciated the way he explained to me so clearly and regularly what he was doing and why and what the issues were: this excellent communication makes a huge difference to me as a customer. And – above and beyond – between his first visit and today’s final one, there were some problems with the water pumps in the house: Luke came over TWICE – without fee and in the early evening – to resolve these. We were so impressed and grateful. I know you are a bit pricier than others, but this kind of service makes me feel that I have had value for money. I also appreciated the speed, clarity and good humour of your call centre staff, too. For example, when they say ‘we’ll call you back in a few minutes’ you know that you WILL get called back. Again, thank you for your excellent service, and please thank Luke for me. Best Bob

Should be renamed "Passionate Plumbers"! We were fortunate enough to have Andy and Chris fit a new water heater in our flat this week. These guys truly love their job and take the upmost pride in the work they deliver. We could not have asked for better service or quality of work. Thank you!

Update.... I never heard from management so I guess customer service is not a priority DO NOT use this company....... I have previously used Pimlico for plumbing and while I think they are pricey, I was always happy with the service and never felt the need to lodge a complaint with their customer service department. Today I used Pimlico Electric for the first and definitely last time. I needed a plug moved over 8 inches,I have had the same job done previously and the invoice was for £120.00 Going in I expected Pimlico to be more and in my head calculated double and was happy with that. The electrician immediately after glancing at the plug and fuse box wanted to upgrade the fuse panel even though we had done a down to the studs renovation in 2017 and had everything checked at the time. We compromised on a special plug plate which he went to get taking forty minutes, he then installed it. In total I was charged £454.93 which is daylight robbery in my book! Three hours to change a plug..... I was quoted £90.00 when I called to book the appointment but was charged £95.00 per hour. I did contact customer service and while Michael kept apologising over and over and over he would not back down on the amount he charged me. I told him he had lost a customer, I actually was going to get the plumbing department in, he then offered me 10% off the hourly rate of my next job.... I think his offer was insulting, why would I ever use them again? In actual fact, Pimlico did nothing to make this customer happy.
