Scaffolding supplied and erected. Removed old ridge vent and sealed hole. Removed ridge tiles and fitted new ridge system. Removed bottom course of roof tiles and fitted felt support trays. Repaired broken tiles (during scaffolding installation) at no cost, waste removed. Very happy about the assessment of the roof in general. It is a 13-year old house and the ridge tiles had been secured incorrectly using nails when initially built. Chris noticed that felt support trays were missing also and fitted new ones. Pictures and videos were sent to me to keep me updated and to explain the issues that needed to be addressed. Chris also took the time to show me the old and new parts. Overall I feel that my roof had been placed in careful hands and I can now move into my new house with peace of mind that the cause of the leak has been corrected and the roof is safe.
