Sent e-mail and Sean rang back next morning and arrived 2 hours later I had planned to replace velux windows but when he checked them he said they were fine and cleaned and serviced them and when I varnished them they looked like new I would like to thank him for his honesty as he could have said they needed replacing and charged me almost 4000 euros I would definitely use him in the future.

Had to have my flat roof replaced and a skylight inserted. All Guard Roofing came to inspect and gave a quote at a time that suited me. Was very pleased with the outcome and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

Rang Sean for quote. Arranged a time for him to come but he did not turn up. However, I rang the next day and he came then and gave a good quote for re-felting a small flat roof. He clearly explained what he would do. We agreed a date to do the job. On the day the first worker turned up at 7.30 am to prepare the roof. They spotted that a small part of chipboard was rotten and replaced this for no extra charge. The job was done by 3pm. They removed all the waste materials only some black dust remained to be swept up. There were several oil/tar spots on my lawn but otherwise all was ok. I gave Sean my property Id for the Home renovation Incentive scheme on the Friday and asked him to enter the details of the job on the HRI website. This he was happy to do. Unfortunately the Scheme had closed 4 months earlier! It's now 2 weeks since we had our roof done. We have had heavy rain and large pools on our roof. But there are no sign of any leaks. So I am happy to recommend Sean and his team. Also Sean gives you a 10 year warranty.
