If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We were really dissatisfied with the work and customer service received from this tradesman and his team. Communication was bad and he walked away from the job and didn't complete it. He was incredibly argumentative with us and did not want to snag any of the work. The total for the job was £16,000 and we paid £15,500 hoping that Lee Draper would come and finish but he never did so we have been left with a damaged roof and property. Roof is already showing signs of MAJOR disrepair and we have had to hire another roofer to complete the job and repair the poor work carried out by Lee and his team. This is costing us a further £6,000! I would recommend to steer clear of this tradesman as he is too inexperienced and frankly seems to not care about his customers nor level of workmanship. He left part of the roof completely open to the elements and we only found out because my husband climbed onto the roof to check his work, had we not done so we would have had a corner of the house completely exposed but as this was hidden Lee pretended the work had been done. Lee blocked our calls and didn't respond to any of our emails and letters, not even after threatening him that we would take him to court - he just doesn't care at all and would rather avoid his customers than rectifying a job that clearly went wrong. I can only hope that our bad experience will go some way to help others who are thinking of hiring this tradesman. Incapable, rude, inexperienced, disingenuous. DO NOT HIRE!
