Window fitting couldn't be faulted, indeed was exemplary. I know all drafts have gone and the house is much warmer even on coldest of days. However, backup service needs to be improved as you have to wait far too long for any defects to be repaired, for example, broken door locks are a major security issue yet response time is in days as opposed to hours.

Shopped around a lot and Turkingtons were the first quote we got. In hindsight I wish we’d just started it there and then. We were a small job and we quickly found that other companies weren’t interested but Turkington’s in the end had the best price, best turnaround time and best staff. The process was easy, windows fitted and sorted in one day and the tradesmen were really friendly and top notch . They said during the quote that they let their customers speak for them which I assumed was sales talk but really it’s true. Seldom you get such good service and couldn’t be happier. When I replace the front of the house I’ll not mess around next time and go direct to them. Totally recommend

Been dealing with Turkingtons for about 2 and a half years now. Every aspect of the service has been nothing short of shambolic! Fitting is very poor, after care a total nightmare, and product not up to standard you would expect. Issues which have arisen either take months to resolve or remain unresolved. I have sent 4 emails since the middle of November, all of which have been ignored. Rang on Tuesday of this week and am still waiting for call back.
