We recently had a home buyers report done on our house as we are selling, which suggested there could be wood worm. Needed someone to look at our woodworm, these guys were responsive to the enquiry, surveyor seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, with no b.s. Indicated a view that what we had was historic, and rather than treat immediate we would do well to wait, and monitor, to see if there was any further evidence. No attempt to string us along or sell us something we didn't obviously need.
