5 star service from beginning to end. Completed the job in an extremely professional manner, with regular updates from the team on site. Left my property clean and tidy, swept up daily, and ensured I was totally happy before leaving. Highly recommended.

Just want to thank Andrew and Kieran for their considerate and conscientious work ethos. Nothing was too much trouble and systems were patiently explained with regular updates. Working on a tenanted property can be problematic but valued relationships with tenants and neighbours were respected. Also Tim managed a complex situation with due diligence from afar. The Gutters? Well they look great and are being severely tested by heavy storms......looks like they finished just in time!

Having decided that our gutters were falling to pieces my neighbour and I decided to investigate replacement. After much research Finlock emerged as clear favourites amongst five other companies not least because they provided details of work carried out locally. Having talked to the property owners I was heartened by their unanimous satisfaction with jobs well done. Eventually ,having seen the work on our two houses, all except one house in our small development opted to have their gutters done as well I would have given five stars except for the performance of the scaffolders which was beyond the control of Finlock Brian Pearce
