Shame! disrespectful! SHOCKING!! We have now contacted Paul from PJW three times to pop round and quote, twice on the phone, and face to face, due to good reviews, but he has let us down three times and not called back, or turned up, we cannot use him as if he treat treats new clients like this I wonder how he would treat existing clients, possibly even worse, shocking shocking shocking
