Hanlon's performed all of our restoration work after a flood destroyed our house last year. Delays were caused by the insurance company but all our dealings with Hanlon's were fantastic and they did an amazing job on our house. Absolutely no complaints and very helpful with suggestions.

Really unprofessional - arranged to come round to give a quote - nobody turned up then said the person was ill. Rearranged and waited in and nobody came - denied ever having arranged to visit. Wouldn't try again if they cannot even get organised to look at a job what chance of ever getting the work done! They have however managed to target my email with offers of servicing my boiler etc etc . AVOID

Don’t use this company. They came out to simply give a price for replacing a kitchen, bathroom and some doors and I have been chasing them for over 4 weeks for a quote calling every second day. For the last 3 weeks I have been told the quote is coming the next day and nothing. They know people are living in temporary Accomodation and don’t care. If they drag their heels at simply giving a quote then their speed of work will be just as bad. Stay away. Wish I read the reviews before choosing them to quote. Glad I haven’t had the work done by them.

Came out and never heard a peep from them again on either boiler or window replacement. Poor way to do business! They do not want my business!! In February 2018 (5 months later), we again called on them to quote work and they came out and then disappeared again. Have not heard anything from from yet; called them; sent email, etc. NO response. Take your business elsewhere to those who actually want to help you.

Heating broken at my friend's for weeks and the guy from this company who was supposed to give him a quote went on holiday and did not respond for 3 weeks! When my friend called them, some woman answered saying she will get back to him. Again no response for 4 days. My friend called again only to get another lukewarm response. Such an unprofessional place.
