When I started the planning process with Craig I knew to expect a high quality product, excellent service, and great value. When I selected them to build my verandah over an existing deck and pergola I knew I did the right choice. The finished product looks fantastic. Could not be happier with our new large entertaining space! A couple of challenges with local council but thankfully Craig was able to deliver our vision. The boys who came out to install were also fantastic. Professional, friendly and they did an awesome job not only with installation in a timely manner but with communication along the way and site clean on completion. Luxford built a verandah for me in the middle of July 18. The job was completed on time and the workmanship of the gang of three employees was of first rate - these guys were competent, efficient and tidy. I also was very impressed by the friendly and efficient customer service provided by its Management team when going through the bureaucratic processes for permits. In a nut shell, it was very pleasant to deal with them.

We live in a village and asked these guys to put a roof on our alfresco area and another smaller one out the back area - customer service and professionalism was great - kept us informed all the way, nothing was to big or to small for these guys. Even didn't mind our little princess (4 legged) running around, cleaned up after and during the job, was a great experience. Thanks for a great job was a pleasure having such boys on site with such good work ethics - now I can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air in my lovely outdoor area -
