JM construction did a wonderful job of my home. I had extensive work performed. A complete new roof with a build out on one of the sides of my house as water was getting inside. I had new siding replaced and seamless gutters added. The owner was there every day with his workers making sure the job was getting done to my satisfaction. Brian is a really genuine, truthful and honest business owner. He found away to work with me so that can replace my roof in stages so I afford the cost. If it was not fir him I would not have been able to get my much needed roof replacements done. His crews are very responsible and do their job well . JM Construction replaced the roof of our condo building in downtown Rockford. We chose JM because they came highly recommended from two different acquaintances and we couldn’t be more happy with their work. JM was very punctual every step of the way from the initial meeting to provide us an estimate through their final visit as the project concluded.
