Was NOT informed by Stubbington Roofing Ltd that estimate and bill did not include VAT. As a consequence my bill was £100 more than expected. Had Stubbington Roofing Ltd been upfront with this information either verbally or on their documentation, their estimate would not have been competitive and I would not have got a nasty shock.
