Just had a complete new roof done by Mark and his team super job very happy highly recommend Roof solution

We called roof solution and asked for quote, we discussed with them what needed to be done in order to stop water coming through my garage, we advised and agreed with roof solution that my garage roof felt and valley both needed to be replaced, as I work full time, I was not there, I had trust in them that job would be done according to agreement, but they only replaced felt and put fiber glass inside the valley instead of replacing the valley as agreed, later on we realised job was not done according to agreement and water was still coming through the valley into the garage wall, we called them back and asked them to fix the problems once again they were unable to fix the problems and keep putting fiber glass patches inside the valley to stop the water coming through the valley, we called them three four times but in the end we gave up and today I called another roofer I got the quote he will be coming this Saturday, I hope he will do the job properly, he has given 5 years guaranty for the work he is gonna be doing.
