The worst builder I have come across. A man named Brian who is very deceitful. Initially promised to start work straight away and then kept delaying the start date. Initially agreed to take partial payment at the end of completion but kept on asking for advances. He then wanted some time-off mid-way through the roofing work and told me to leave him alone and stop harassing him. Had to threaten legal action to end the work. New roofers have checked the work he has done, which was to such a poor standard. He did a complete cowboy job on the roof for thousands of pounds. He left a bathroom towel under the tiles and claimed that the roof is now waterproof. He has not put felt under the tiles like he said he would, and the work on the roof is very messy and unfinished. Will be costing thousands more to complete. This man claims to have 30 years of roofing experience but is actually a scammer. He claims that his bad reviews are all misunderstandings but is in fact a result of his lack of professionalism. This company should not be allowed to trade.
