I am very happy I chose Mike to do the roofing and siding of my house. He was able to get me a new roof which saved me from paying thousands of dollars with the insurance and he did a very good job replacing the old siding of my house.

They performed various outdoor repairs including power washing, repaired my Hardie Siding, repaired squirrel damage on the roof, and painted my entire house. In October the team from Mr Happy House put a new roof on my house and this past week painted its exterior. Both jobs exceeded my expectations. When I decided a roof was needed I had three contractors come out to price the job and all three were comparable in their bids. Did a good job replacing siding, painting, and pressure washing. Didn’t leave a mess around my yard like other contractors have. House looks better than new.

My house needed new siding, soffits, and fascia. After seeing another job Mike had done, I requested an estimate. The pricing was fair to me, so he went to work. Everything was completed with Hardie products. The house was painted to my desires and I can honestly say I am more than happy.
