Rendering repair to house was executed to a good standard and charge was very competitive. Darren kept me in the picture on how the work was to be done and the repair was quickly completed.

We contracted Darren and his team to do an extensive and difficult wet dash at our terraced property (difficult because the only access was through the interior of our house and a decking had to be removed). His was the most expensive quote but Darren's attention to detail, his engaging attitude, and the positive reviews on other sites convinced us to go ahead and pay the premium for the work. His workmen were very polite, professional and courteous, and it was clear from day one that they took great pride in their work. Darren was also very easy to communicate with and kept us well informed during the process. The job was done very well overall and to our satisfaction, the house now looks fresh and as we envisioned, and the place was left tidy and clean after everything was done. When some minor niggles occurred during the work and afterwards, Darren always made sure to get them sorted as quickly as possible. The only reason why we did not give 5 stars was that the job took quite a bit longer than everyone expected. Some of the delays were well beyond Darren's control such as unexpected poor weather, damaged window sills that took a long time to source, and a decking that proved challenging to deal with, but there were also some periods when progress was slower than we hoped because his team had other jobs to attend to due the delays with our job and their schedule gone awry as a result. But I guess that it is always a bit difficult to keep to schedule if the job is complex and there are external factors that cause a delay. So this review is really meant to be more like 4.5 stars than 4 😉
