I have used New Windows 2000 on two separate occasions now. I will use the again too. The workmen are very courteous and helpful. I feel I had value for money. The office staff are super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

absolute rubbish I h\ave had wet windows ever since they were [ut in and water running on the window sills, the company did not want to know they [put some windows in upside down to make them fit aznd the wind used tpo whistle in all the time. Hence the water running every time it was a little wet outside etc. They kept saying it was my fault I have now had new windows fitted by a really good company and they are brilliant and I paid less. No more wet windows and drafts and noise coming through. The windows were not screwed in only just placed and with the glass already in them when they came. Two frosted windows were never put right when they were put in upside down. Broken tiles and woodwork attached to the windows hence a very bad company to deal with wish I had never wasted my money. But am pleased to have finally changed. I was told I would get a 10 year guarantee which never happened either. Be warned use a good reputable company who is going to look after you.
