Repair leaking roof Roofing (Pitched) The flat roof on the loft conversion at the back of the house was leaking. Arranged for 3 people to come and give quotes. One didn't turn up and another came in a saloon car, looked at the back of the house from the garden, saw the water damage inside the conversion and gave me a quote based on that. Simey came in a van with ladders, went up on the roof and photographed the problem to show me. His quote was half the other quote, so he got the job. Arranged a convenient day and because I work full time, he said he didn't need anyone to be in or the side gate left open as he could access the roof from the front. He and his work mate actually came out the day before, by arrangement, as he finished a previous job early, and did my roof in about an hour. He sent me 3 photos - before, during and after - so I could see what was going on. He also did some repointing for nothing while he was up there. Very polite, very professional and good communication throughout. Quite by chance he found a problem with the main roof, so I will be hiring him again to do that job too. Highly recommended
