I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by Frederic Roofing. Gene Frederic came out to inspect an area of our roof that we knew was damaged and in need of repair. The estimate provided did not make any note of the damage, only stated that we needed debris cleaned. When I called to clarify my concern, Gene was very short with me. His tone was disrespectful and unprofessional. He claimed that he hadn't listened to his voicemails for the last 24 hours and said that there was not damage to our roof. When I explained we had quotes from other companies to repair the damage he then said maybe there was damage but wanted to see photos. He did not offer to come back out to reinspect the roof and happily crossed my name off their list when I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere.
