Came round, measured up, gave us a quote. We wanted to go ahead so we booked a date in line with a lot of other work being completed in the home. They then called to say had to push our date back and will be in touch - we never heard back from them and they never responded to our contact. Completely messed up our other plans with other companies, childcare arrangements and time off work. Only reason not 1 star is due to initial good service at the start. Shame.
