We were on a cruise for 7 days to Mexico and left our 20 and 17 year olds home solo for the first time. It hailed and rained and wind was awful while we were gone apparently; we didn’t know for two days that our youngest got rained on in her bedroom. Lion heart (Gabriel Hood) immediately came over with a frantic call from my sister to fix it. We came home like nothing was wrong. Now dealing with insurance and let me say, this guy can fight to get your stuff covered. Bedroom is ruined, will be taken care of, the emergency roof fixing, will be taken care of.
