We wanted to create a more open space between our family room and kitchen.  We spoke with a few general contractors regarding removing a wall and we decided on using Project Build Construction. They did great and were so pleasant to work with.  They re-enforced the beam and supports. Moved electrical outlets and switches and installed new recessed lights. Their drywall, texture, and paint work is so good that we can’t hardly tell where a wall used to be. Will use them again for any work we will need in the future.

I am so glad I used Maria for my kitchen remodel.  I have postponed it for many years. Maria prepared me every step of the way, listened and truly cared and she alleviated my fears. She delivered more than she promised, and that’s big! How I wished I have done this sooner but only if Maria did it.

My handicapped mom had her condo floors flood suddenly when her hot water heater went in Laguna Woods. Project Build responded instantly, sent a guy over to take measurements, gave us multiple flooring options with her wheelchair needs in mind, and adjusted other non-emergency jobs to make room for hers. Plus, Maria texted me all weekend on her own time to keep me updated and informed, answering any and all questions we had. They treat you like family. I’d give them more stars if I could. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for flooring!!

This past year I had some really bad luck at my condo with severe water damage paired with an incapable HOA Management company. After interacting with several contractors, I came across Maria at Project Build Construction Group and I immediately knew I wanted to work with her. Unlike all the other contractors I had dealt with, Maria was very in-tune and focused on my particular situation and needs. She worked with me in communicating with my HOA's insurance company in securing the funding we needed for the project.
