Scott was honest and knowledgeable about requiring a permit, working with our homeowners association, and choosing which patio cover would best serve all of our needs. From the very first meeting, until the final light bulb was screwed in, we were overwhelmed with the professionalism. The crews were on time, courteous, respectful, cleaned the area each and every night...and completed the job on time, exactly as quoted. SAE installed Alumawood patios at my home and office, a few years apart. On our home, he designed the best layout when other bidders had very plain designs that did not address my concerns. SAE turned out to be the highest bid by a little bit, but we selected them anyway and we have have been very pleased with the work that was done. The office parking cover was very simple, but much larger. He had the job totally completed in 3 days from acceptance of his proposal. I have been told that I am a very picky person, but Scott thought of issues that I didn't event consider, all of which will lead to a much longer lifespan of the finished product.
