Installed our roof 8 years ago. Last year we had some issues with a roof vent leaking. Came out and repair and did a great job when we replaced all roof vents.

While I was fixing the gutter i notice some part of the roof were pretty messed up, i was going to ignore it but ive just read some stuff about mold and how dangerous it is so I didn't want to take any risk with it, i was kind of afraid for the money situation but after talking with Loyalty Construction i was feeling a lot better, they gave me a great price and also a great estimate of time, i had to take the offer and i sure don't regret it, really happy with the results.
