I would highly recommend this company. I used them to replace my roof and everyone, from the sales rep to the office staff to the crew that came out to do the work, was knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. My new roof was installed in a short amount of time and the crew was polite and efficient. The office staff was courteous and responsive. I was very pleased with the overall job and the company as a whole. I would definitely use them again.

I used Premiere Roofing and Carpentry to install my new roof which was damaged during hurricane Irma. The office staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The crew that came out to complete my roof was outstanding! The roof looks perfect. They were on time, meticulous to detail, and clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Premiere Roofing and Carpentry did an awesome job replacing my roof! My roof was damaged from hurricane Irma. A tree limb fell through the roof. Premiere came out immediately to remove the limb and tarp. A crew was sent to replace the roof. They did a wonderful job. My roof looks great. Thank you, Premiere Roofing and Carpentry. I highly recommend.

Would give zero stars if possible. Too much to go into but they are horrible at customer service. The crew that FINALLY replaced our roof was good but everyone from the sales rep to the office manager to the project and operation managers either lied, ignored our calls or were clueless. Then, when they finally gave us a start date for replacing our roof, they didn't show and didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell us. I understand they have been swamped since the hurricane but that's no reason to be unprofessional. ****Follow up**** 1/11/19 Just received a call from Premiere explaining that the gutter installation is being outsourced to another company....???? We sold our house in March!! I feel for the new owners that Premiere has still not replaced the gutters when they finally got around to replacing the roof in early March. Just another example of how clueless they are.
