they have come out to many of my rentals for ac issues. they only have employees with very little experince and if it isnt a quick simple fix they take your money then say they will be back the next day and then never show up.. after contacting the warranty company they say sears never even turned in a report and have no clue what im talking about so they will have to send a different company out which I have to pay as well again!! No wonder sears is going out of business..
