I don't care that the roof was under warranty; I would rather have good customer service when I absolutely need it (and having water on the floor from the first real rain of the season counts as that) than wait for people who should know better to do what they should have done right the first time.

The repair took a couple days and unfortunately when my roof was exposed we had unexpected light rain.
