I had someone come out to my home almost three weeks ago for an estimate on redoing the screen in my screen room. They were supposed to call me the next day. I waited a week and called to remind them. I was told someone would call me back but nobody did. I called again and was told the owner would call me back and he didn't. This is a pretty big job as I already got an estimate of $6,500 so maybe they can't handle it. If that's the case, say something! Don't leave prospective customers hanging. Very unprofessional.
