Beware!! This roofer does not know what he is doing and doesn't do what he said he would do. I had him replace my metal roof a year ago and I just found out that he DID NOT put the rubber sealers between the roof and ridge cap so I have an inch of open roof for the rain to get in. Also he insisted on using titanium underlayment under the metal. I have pictures of them installing part of the roof with no underlayment. He will not return my phone calls. Find someone else PLEASE.
