My Welding company provided work for Rescom during the month of October and completed on November 9th 2018. Their initial request for 3 handrails and a modification of 8 trampoline platforms were completed and they provided payment $734 and $1,020 respectively. Upon completion of that they contacted me to add an additional 14 handrails per request from the Clay County, Florida inspector which totaled 61 hours. Their site supervisor Bill Mauldin failed to inform me that they were not going to pay me upon immediate completion of job and instead told me that they would. Me being accustomed to Net 30 and Net 60 term payments I would've obliged had that been the case but instead that wasnt. As of today January 15th, 2019 it had been 66 days and they have shown no intention on rendering monies owed to me $4,696. I've called Bill Mauldin countless times but to no avail. Ive called Mark who is a supervisor as well but no answer. The only person that I have been able to contact myself has been a lady in their accounting department, Sabrina Short who's been nothing but unhelpful, and extremely rude. Putting me off every email telling me "It should be some time this week". I've been hearing that for weeks. They owe me and a close friend of mine that owns a highly reputable Fence company here in Jacksonville as well for services provided. Mrs Short has also been very rude to them as well. Their communication lines are subpar, the number listed for them isn't a phone line its a fax number also. If you're a contractor or subcontractor I advise you stay away. Their just another large contractor that chooses to bully smaller companies.
