I used Superior Pro based upon a recommendation by another who had used their services and I am not disappointed I did. Brett, our sales rep, was prompt, highly detailed in his pricing and explanation of the work to be completed, and listened to all of my concerns. The crew was just as prompt and went above and beyond to make sure the project was completed on time and with quality work. Mike, our project manager, was always quick to respond to any questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work performed. Both the window molding replacement and the exterior painting looks amazing. I would highly recommend. This is an honest and fair company that has their customers in mind with every step.

BEWARE – Superior Pro is a “Shell” with Replacement Windows BEWARE – Superior Pro will make the sale and collect the money, but everything else is done by their “Installer”. You will not see or hear from Superior Pro after the initial sale. Unfortunately the “Installer” made a real mess of my house. The “Installer” left behind lots of damaged siding (pic 1), installed a defective window (pic 2), and generally had poor workmanship and no or poor caulking (pic 3). There were numerous other issues that also needed to be addressed. The "Installer" left the job with no intention of repairing these items and hoped that I would not notice. Superior Pro has no follow-up quality control and the home owner is on their own to deal with the damage and poor workmanship. Since Superior Pro staff does nothing after the sale and you have nobody at Superior Pro to contact, I wrote Superior Pro a letter and got NO response. After hearing NOTHING from Superior Pro, I finally contacted the salesman who eventually got my issues addressed, approximately 2-months after the poor installation. I paid way too much money for that kind of poor customer service. Don’t be fooled like I was, hire a Contractor that will be involved with the project from beginning to end. Superior Pro claims that I am satisfied, but satisfied customers don't leave 1-star reviews.

I needed the interior of my house repainted prior to putting it on the market. The worked with me on getting a bid during my short period at the house. After accepting the bid they also worked with me on access and my need to have the work completed sooner rather than later. Work was completed in less time than forecast and of very high quality: prep work is the key to good paint and they did a tremendous amount of prep work. Very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

I can’t rate the quality of their work, because they’ve never given me the quote they promised. I called to get a quote for a roof repair, new gutters, and exterior painting. Initially they said they couldn’t schedule an appointment for almost three weeks. I declined to schedule, and they immediately called back for early the following week. I took off work an hour early to meet the sales guy. The first thing he told me was that they don’t do roof repairs, although their website and their ad that came in the mail THAT DAY said they did. Their appointment scheduler never said they didn’t do repairs, only half or full roofs, which I don’t need. The sales guy said it would take two or three days to get the quote to me. That was almost four weeks ago. I haven’t heard anything further from them. Thanks for wasting my time.

I was working with a salesperson who was pleasant to work with. I got a quote on exterior siding repair, exterior paint and gutters. After 2 months, I emailed and texted the salesman to say I wanted to proceed with the work, but I didn't receive a return message. I called and they said he did work there anymore. They sent out another salesman who was a con and basically verbally quoted prices 3 times as much as the other salesman. I guess he saw the look on my face because he never sent a new quote in writing. This company is NOT organized, have very poor customer service and greedy sales people. WARNING: I would NOT use this company as all the signs are there for a disaster. I would NOT trust them for follow-up if there were any issues and I would NOT trust their workmanship.
