From the salesman, Brian, through the entire installation process, we had a very professional experience with Erie. The whole process went smoothly and we never had to call to see when they were coming out or anything-they always let us know what was going on. We really like the color of the roof we chose too. The only thing we weren't aware of was that they don't replace the TV satellite if you have one on your roof, but they have promised to reimburse us for the cost of the service call. Much better experience than our last roof installation. Hoping this one never leaks!!
