I have a rental house, 1920's Bungalow near 35th and Western. Front concrete stairs had a lip break off. Immediately I got the sense that ACE was a true company with a team of professionals. They scoped the original, we agreed on a price, and I agreed to pay them 50% upfront, 50% when they were done and I reviewed their work. During the job, ACE sent photos of other potential issues that I was unaware of at the house, we agreed on a fair price, and ACE took care of it same day. ACE trusted that I would pay them, I trusted they would do good work and it was Win-Win. Calls, TEXT, Photos all helped keep communication open and direct, which I truly appreciated. Amazing work, done very quickly and professionally. I had a roof leakage on room 235, I had another contractor came and estimated same work almost twice as much. Very happy with everything. Will use for any and all projects in the future.
