Called Gurnee Gutter Cleaning. A guy answers, hello. I asked him if I had called a business. He says, oh yes this is Gurnee Gutter Cleaning service. I said you don’t sound very professional. He said his name was Troy and his answering was a bad habit. Anyways, I made an appointment. No show, no call. I called back. Once again, hello. I ask who I called. This is Troy with GGC service. I said Tony was supposed to be here at a certain time and it’s past. Troy says, well he is in your area. I knew then and there that this whatever I called wasn’t coming. That was my experience with TROY!!!

I needed a quote on gutter and soffit repair. An appointment was made, but the technician never showed up. I called the business to ask what happened. The person on the phone was not apologetic and suggested that maybe the technician got stuck at a job. I was extremely irritated by his lack of caring, but gave the company a second chance when he asked if he could reschedule for a different day that week. I accepted, but asked if he could let me know what happened and call me back. Guess what? He didn’t call back and they never showed up on the rescheduled day. I guess they have so much business, they didn’t need mine.
