Outrageous pricing. $3000 higher than competitors for the same job. When I asked them why, they said because of the hurricane (which was months ago). I checked with roofing materials suppliers and materials are exactly what they were priced before the hurricane.

If there was a zero this company would get it! Customer service is beyond bad. Shotty workmanship with multiple leaks still happening 3 years later and they won't even come look much less repair. Did I mentioned they did complete install on our new construction roof! I personally know others as well with the same experience. How they stay in business is beyond me! DO NOT USE, EVER!

They are terrible on getting back to you. I called almost a week ago and was told someone would contact me in a few days. Waited and made a phone call again and was told someone would call me the next morning. No call. Called again only to be told they couldn’t help me on my repair. I told the company 3 times I needed an answer ASAP because I am not able to live in my home until it gets repaired. They have no respect for people and are inconsiderate.

After Not calling me back for 2 weeks (mind you I have paid them twice to fix the same leak) They wait 2 weeks while water comes in my house and mold forms and the lady says " yea sorry, your not under warranty anymore and just strait up hangs up on me. HANGS UP ON ME WITHOUT EVEN COURTESY OF SAYING GOOD BYE>. after making we waste 2 weeks waiting for her to call me back. THANK SCOTT!! Your poor treatment of customers, lack of integrity, lack of communication is amazing! The worst part is she didn’t even ask me what I wanted. She just assumed. I would have gladly paid more money if that was the appropriate action.
