Manson has always stood firm on using a step flashing which is the best and only detail for shingle to wall or chimney tie in. I believe Manson is one of the last companies still doing this.

I cannot recommend this roofing company. I had used them several times for roof repairs since i moved into my house in 2005. Repairs were completed satisfactory until my last roof repair. Manson changed their pricing model at some point to a time and materials cost model. During my last service call they sent 2 men to my house to make repairs. They first charged me for time to drive by my house to estimate the work and material needed. They then sent 2 men for 6 days to complete the work. The work should not have taken the 2 men more than 3 days to complete. They were not motivated to complete the job in 3 days because they knew that i was paying each of them an hourly rate. $12,000 later they completed the work. During recent rains I spotted 3 leaks inside my house where they completed the work. I called and have yet to see anyone from Manson show up at my house.

This guy got out of a Manson Roofing truck, went to the restroom in Publix on LBK, and didn’t wash his hands, then went shopping. If you are going to represent a company, don’t be gross.

Called today July 31st at 5:53 pm, after a few minutes of the line ringing, some secretary answered. She was taking my information and repeated back to me my phone number wrong, when I corrected her she stated that my phone is giving a bad connection and weird noises and proceeded to get my phone number again then my address, then she said something and said thank you and hung up. I called right back because I had no idea of what she said to me and when I asked her she started telling me that i i could not hear her because i had her on speaker and if i get her off speaker I would have heard her etc etc... Basically lecturing me about how its my fault that I couldnt understand what she had just told me. I just proceeded to tell her to make sure to tell her bosses that because of her they WILL NOT be getting my business. Worst of all, I think the son of the owner of this company used to be my son's kung ku sifu. Oh well..... I rather pay a few more dollars to people that care about their customers than be treated poorly even before a deal has been made.

Asked for an estimate. Came out had my estimate within a few days with reasonable pricing.
