I have ordered cabinets from Edge Co several times and have usually been very pleased. This last time however I ordered cabinets and when we went to pick them up we were shorted a cabinet from the distributor. We realized it the same day and notified them but had to wait for inventory to be completed. I understand the process. The problem came back with the accusations after paying for another cabinet to replace the missing one. I was accused of either lying about the missing cabinet or the people I had pick them up must have damaged it because the inventory numbers were correct. I have to say I am very upset with being called a liar. The customer service I received from Jim was quite upsetting. This could have been handled much differently. Instead of remembering the other nice transactions, I will only recall this one. I would say that as long as everything goes right, there is not a problem but the moment there is a mistake customer service goes down hill.
