Called him via recommendation from my realtor. Left him 2 messages and she left him one before he finally called. Made appt. for estimate for re roof. He never showed up. Called him back and left 3 messages. She called him as well. No call back. If u can't do the job or ur too busy, that is understandable. Just SAY SO. Don't WASTE people's valuable time with broken promises or assurances that u cannot be man enough to keep. Poor customer service is a 100% heck no. If ur called, respect the person who called u and call back, even if it's to say that u cannot do the job. Don't make an appt., then not show up, then ignore all the calls afterwardes. ESPECIALLY when someone RECOMMENDED u. It makes the realtor look bad as well because ur such an irresponsible flake with no respect for people's time. People like this are all over the place in Florida. Honestly, they should all be out of business for these poor business practices.

I recently bought a home in Spring Hill. During inspection a leak was found in the roof. My realtor called Capstone Roofing and the owner Art Walsh came right away and gave us an estimate. We agreed he would do the repair after closing and before I went back to Wisconsin to close on my home there. He never showed, didn't call and will not return my calls. It's been six weeks, my roof still leaks and I've called at least a dozen times without the courtesy of a call back. If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional. It is now May 25 and the job is still not done. Art called me when I was in Wisconsin and said he would be there the next day. Of course that was impossible. He claimed all my calls went to trash because I had a Wisconsin area code. I left at least a dozen voice mails and also used a phone with a Florida area code. How he can expect me to believe such a lame lie is beyond comprehension. He assured me my calls would get through when I returned to Florida in early May. Long story short, after a week of calling and threatening to file a complaint with the BBB he finally called and set up a date for the repair. He never showed, didn't call and again is hiding like a coward behind his voice mail. There is no doubt in my mind that he deserves his "F" rating from the BBB. My advice, if you want your roofing job done without aggravation, call somebody else. I did and the job will be done on the day after Memorial Day.

Did the job ahead of schedule

No stars. They ripped us off for 4000.00. They took our money and no work in 5 months. DO NOT USE THEM

Very reasonable on price but sometimes sloppy on job. They need to better supervise their crew.
