My suggestion before hiring anyone to perform any type of work like this is to check them out thoroughly. Make sure they have a valid and current builders license. Read any and all contracts thoroughly, make sure there start dates and completion dates in the contract before signing. This is just sound advise. Update - this company has recently been sued by several individuals for not completing work that they were hired and paid in advance. This company lost in court and will be filing for bankruptcy.
