Waited over 3 weeks for them to do a small job (add flashing and a diverter). When they finally arrived, they performed the repairs on my neighbor's house! How moronic is that!! They apologized and said they be back "very soon", but that was on 09/26 and I am still waiting on them and it's 10/05. If efficiency and customer service are important to you then I suggest you contact someone else.
