We are very pleased with this company and how they treated us throughout the whole process of refacing our cupboards, new counter top and floor. We liked the cabinets so much that we decided to add a few new ones. It was nice to have the company organize all the phases of this remodel in a timely matter. We had our kitchen cabinets refaced and the Window Store did a great job. The process was easy except for the initial sales pitch the was a fast and needed make decision quickly. Although I thought it was on expensive side the Window Store did a great especially Pete the installer who was easy to talk with and any change he made or thought we work better for the kitchen h discussed with us. Travis is a man of his word. Told us exactly what to expect and then went above and beyond what was expected. The windows were delivered, installed on time and the quality is excellent--all as promised. Ron installed the windows. He was efficient and organized. Haley kept us informed and available for questions and so very sweet. They are like family now, except we don't argue! The windows make a big difference and we are very happy with the price. They saved us thousands of dollars compared to the company we had been using. We will recommend this company to anyone!

Great company to work with! The Salesman was informative and worked with us to ensure our specific needs were met. The gentleman who came to perform the window measurements did everything from the outside of the house so we didn’t have to pull down any of the winter plastic we had up. The installation team arrived exactly when expected, were extremely courteous, took the time to explain to us in detail the features of each window and completed the job faster than anticipated. The windows are absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with the end results. I would definitely work with The Window Store again!

We had a very positive experience with the long awaited and much anticipated remodel of our kitchen. Jim W. was patient, thorough and creative in his approach to our kitchen. I appreciate his professionalism, experience and dedication. Jake made a special trip out to install a new cabinet prior to the countertop installation. Jacob is a true professional and does beautiful, painstaking work! Scott R. and Scott A. both did beautiful work, so much detail, all completed with great care. The three, Jacob, Scott and Scott, were prompt, pleasant and respectful. I found the three of them to be careful with my home and warm and friendly to me and my family. I appreciate the beautiful work and I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN!!
