They did an awesome job remodeling my bathroom and all office personnel were very polite. Please ignore other reviews. They are for another company that were wrongly inserted for this McDaniel Roofing.

Called and the owner answered and came rite to my house that night after normal business hours to help me find leak. Found the problem and he even called back a couple days later after a rain to check on my situation. Very professional! Highly recommend

I called McDaniel Roofing for them to estimate repairs on my roof leak. The first time I called the lady acted like I was burdening them with my problem. She said they would call back to schedule a time to look at it. After 3 days, they finally sent two guys to check out the leak. Keep in mind that my roof is LEAKING and I have it covered with plastic to prevent more water damage to the inside of my home. They told me I would get a call with the estimate later that day. I never heard from them again!!! Do not give McDaniel roofing any of your business!! There are plenty of other businesses that would like the work.

If you're looking for a roofer look somewhere else. I called to get an estimate and the lady that answered was extremely rude. I had heard they did good work, but after speaking with that lady a couple times, i decided to go elsewhere, to a company that values customer service! If that's how your employees talk to customers every day you need to reevaluate your staff!
