contractor - they couldn’t communicate. I used them about 7 years ago - Customer service and warranty work was terrible . They subcontracted the work to a Hispanic . They didn’t keep the warranty paperwork and made it a customer problem. Couldn’t get hold of owner, when I did - he wanted an apology. A total nightmare!!

BTR Roofing is such a breath of fresh air. I recently acted as an owner/builder and I am NOT a construction guy. I asked a ton of questions and got through the building process successfully. I can easily say that BTR Roofing was my best subcontractor. They were honest and quoted me a very reasonable price and used very nice roofing materials. I also referred them to a friend with a roof leak and I think my friend paid about $100 for a very minor repair after the previous roofing company quoted thousands of dollars to do the same. This is a great company with great people and I would absolutely recommend them for any job big or small.

BTR replaced our roof almost 10 years ago and it still looks great. Bill is the constant with this company and continues to service us when a shingle gets loose or needs to be replaced. This is the kind of company that you not only recommend to others but you keep in your service file to handle all of your roofing related needs for any residence.

About as bad an experience as possible. Cost me a lot of money to learn these guys weren't good at repairing, and after they tried, they told me they did the best they could and that I needed a new roof. When I asked for my money back (or even just a portion), I was rudely rebuked. Funny how that roof that they said "was totally shot and needed to be replaced" is still on the house today with a quality repair by another reputable company and I was told I could get another 15 years out of it (ive got an old house with a very old style roof, originally meant to last 100 years). Steer clear of these guys.
