No one ever answers the phone, it's difficult to give a fair rating to a company I tried to employ but over the course of several weeks of calling several times a day no one ever answered the phone. I have heard from others that they do good work but you couldn't prove it by me. I'm local to them and would rather hire local business for the work I need done but had to go with outside contractor instead. The 4-star rating is because I have heard from everyone what kind of quality work they do they would get a 5-star rating from me if they ever answered the phone and came to work on the project I needed done.
