What I had done: I had my shingles replaced, added a ridge vent, had some water damaged wood and Masonite siding repaired/replaced and replaced my smaller downspouts with 4" downspouts. The estimate: James from All Grade Roofing explained everything to me in detail during the estimate in a way I could understand (other roofers were vague or used terms I was unfamiliar with). Additionally, his estimate came in as the best price for the level of quality I wanted. The work: James and his crew showed up on time every day. They replaced the shingles in a single day. When I came out to chat and check on progress, James was more than happy to explain to me what they were doing, why they were doing it, etc. They finished the rest of the work on the next day. Verdict: For high quality work at a reasonable price, I highly recommend All Grade Roofing.
