Had everything we needed.. Variety of colors more then other stores we went to.. Cashier was very attentive and hello is work it questions..

Extremely helpful when the competetor in town would not fill orders a week or due to the helium shortage. Didn't get my order right upon pickup, but immediately corrected it. Overall good experience.

I called ahead looking for specific party favors my daughters birthday party. The clerk knew off hand what they had (they have a lot of favors!) and she went and double checked to make sure it was in stock, how many and how much they were. When I arrived at the store she helped me straight to them. She also gave me some advice on a Halloween costume my daughter was going to wear and it wasn't from their store. I think they have a great variety of items for many different themes of parties as well as costumes and wigs.

One of the girls working behind the counter was inflating a Mario "air walker" balloon for our 5-yo son who has sensory-processing disorder, and is very sensitive. He was so excited, until he heard the same girl talking to another employee, LOUDLY, about "How creepy the balloon is". She kept showing people and saying, "Seriously, look at it! It's so creepy". It was clearly upsetting him, so I asked her to stop. She gave attitude. I walked out spending over $100 that day, but my opinion of that store is forever tainted. We have always supported this business by purchasing items for our Halloween display (we have spent several thousand here over the years), as well as costumes and party decorationa for our three boys/family. No one contacted me, and the manager I tried to talk with (a man in his 30s/40s) completely brushed me off. It's too bad.
