This company built an Allan Block retaining wall for me a couple years ago. The retaining wall started to fail after year one. I contacted the Allan Block Manufacturer as well as this contractor. I sent both of them pictures of the wall. The manufacturer said that the wall was installed incorrectly. The contractor did not respond. I ended up filing a BBB complaint and I accepted a small monetary refund from the company. The contractor also offered to come out and look at the problem but I refused. I did not want to give him more money for correcting his mistake and I no longer had confidence in his ability or his professional ethics. The wall continues to fail and I don't know what to do. I just want to warn others not to make the same costly mistake that I did.

The crew did a nice job, but were extremely rude. They almost hit our new fence while backing into our yard, and left marks all over our windows in the front of our house. Not to mention they trashed our yard with their cigarettes and drinks!!! Good quality work but horrible people.

They never showed up to do the work, even after I called again about it. Had to go with someone else
