Called for a leaking pan roof on lanai where it meets house. David did an exceptional quality job at a good price. Never a problem with communication, professionally repaired the issue in less than a day. Was referred to him by some friends who had same experience. Would not hesitate to use his services again!

I do not recommend! By the way the wait is two weeks out or more so if your roof is leaking really bad do not call chandler! Terrible customer service too.
